Salary: £27,176.20 Per annum 
Hours: 37.5hrs per week on a 6-week rolling rota (to include weekends and Bank Holidays)

Are you passionate about helping dogs overcome behavioural challenges and find loving homes?

Jerry Green Dog Rescue is seeking a Centre Trainer to lead on behaviour assessment, training and rehabilitation for dogs in our care. Working closely with the Centre Manager and wider team, you will develop and deliver behaviour plans, support dogs with complex needs, provide guidance to adopters and foster carers, and help reduce relinquishment within our communities.

You’ll also coach staff and volunteers, promote best practice across our centres, maintain accurate records, and champion excellent welfare standards.

We’re looking for someone with significant dog behaviour experience, strong communication and administrative skills, and either a relevant degree or extensive rescue experience supported by CPD.
