Hi, I’m Starla! ❤️

I’m a petite Labrador weighing just 20kg, with a big personality and lots of love to give. I’m currently in foster and have settled in brilliantly, making myself right at home as though I’ve always belonged there. I’m housetrained, walk nicely on my lead, travel fantastically in the car and have lovely manners around the house. I really am a great little house guest!

I love my home comforts and am happiest lounging on the sofa with my people, although I do enjoy a little playtime and getting out for my walks too. I’ve got a typical Labrador appetite, so you certainly won’t have to worry about me being a fussy eater!

I do show indications of separation anxiety and become distressed when left alone, so it’s essential that my new family are around during the day and that I’m not left on my own for now. I love having company and being involved in whatever you’re doing, so I’m looking for a home where someone will be around to keep me company. I’m a very affectionate girl who will quickly become your little shadow and best friend! It’s also essential that I’m allowed on the sofa and to sleep on the bed with you at night, I like to settle at the bottom of the bed on my own blanket, so I promise I won’t take up all the room!

I’m looking for a home with a secure garden and children aged 11 and over. I’m good with dogs of all shapes and sizes, but I’m not a fan of sharing my toys, so I’m looking to be the only dog in my home. That doesn’t mean I can’t have doggy friends, though! I’d be more than happy to enjoy walks and playdates with my four legged pals. I could also potentially live with other types of pets following careful introductions.

So, if you’re after a lovely little Labrador who enjoys her walks, loves her food and wants nothing more than to be your best friend and permanent sofa companion, I could be just the girl for you. I’ve got so much love to give, and the family who gets to take me home will be very lucky indeed! ❤️
