About me

Hello! I’m Leo, a handsome Shih Tzu x Bichon Frise 🥰

I’m a sweet, affectionate and rather laid-back boy who would love nothing more than a calm, quieter home where I can relax and enjoy life at my own pace. I’m quite a lazy chap really, so after a nice walk discovering all the most interesting scents, my favourite place is probably curled up beside you on the sofa, enjoying cuddles and giving you lots of kisses! 💋 If you have a lovely, secure garden where I can potter about and stretch my legs, that would be absolutely amazing too.

I’m pretty dog social, so I could potentially live with another calm, friendly dog, subject to a successful meet at the North Lincolnshire centre. There is one important thing to know, though — I don’t like sharing my treats! 🍪 If I have a doggy sibling, I’d like somewhere safe and separate where I can enjoy my snacks in peace, away from other dogs and children. I haven’t had any experience living with cats, so I’m looking for a cat-free home. I can live with children aged 8 and over. I’m a very gentle boy and would be happy to have respectful older children around me.

My gorgeous coat needs regular grooming, so I’m looking for a committed owner who will keep up with my grooming regime. Luckily, I make it easy for you because I LOVE going to the groomers! My report card even says I’m an angel. 😇

I can be left home alone for up to four hours once I’ve had time to settle into my new home. But when you come back, prepare yourself for a very enthusiastic welcome — I’ll be delighted to see you and will happily vocalise just how happy I am that you’re home! And speaking of my voice… I do have one! I’m more than happy to let you know when someone knocks at the door, so if you’re looking for a completely silent little companion, I might not be your perfect match.

But if you’re looking for a loving, cuddly, gentle and slightly lazy little gentleman who enjoys his walks, his treats, his sofa snuggles and being close to his favourite people, then perhaps we could be the perfect match. ❤️
