About me

Hello! We’re Romeo and Charlie, a gorgeous pair of miniature Dachshunds looking for our forever home together. ❤️

I’m Romeo, the black and tan one. I can be a little sensitive when we first meet, so I might need a little time to get to know you. Just let me have a good sniff and offer me a couple of treats, and I’ll soon decide that you’re my new best friend! I’m the more laid-back and silly one, and I absolutely adore cuddles. My favourite things are curling up under a cosy blanket, soaking up the sunshine and having a good game of tuggy.

And I’m Charlie, the chocolate one! I’m the more energetic brother and I’m absolutely ball mad! 🎾 I also love a good cuddle and nothing beats running along the beach with the wind in my ears.

We may have different personalities, but we’re very, very bonded. We love giving each other kisses, cleaning each other’s teeth and, of course, curling up together for a cosy snooze. We really do need to find our forever home together.

Like typical Dachshunds, we do have a voice and aren’t afraid to let you know what we think! We also love our food and have learned lots of clever tricks, including sit and spin — although our version of “sit” is sometimes more of a little Dachshund hover! 😂

We could live with sensible children aged 11+, as long as they understand that we’re not keen on being picked up and will need our space respected. We’d love to be the only pets in the home, where we can have all the cuddles, attention, playtime and love for ourselves. What more could two little Dachshunds need? ❤️

A secure garden would be wonderful for us so we can sunbathe, sniff and potter around safely. We’d also love an owner who is home most of the time. Once we’ve settled in and feel secure, we can be left for an hour or two.
