Hello, I’m Belle! 👑

I’m a very sweet 5 year old girl, and I like to think I’m a bit of a princess! I’ve been very well cared for by my previous family, but sadly they could no longer keep me, so I’m now looking for a new home where I can be thoroughly spoilt, just as I believe I deserve to be!

I’m a really lovely girl who absolutely LOVES my cuddles. I’m also rather partial to a good snooze, so if you’re looking for a dog who is going to keep you busy from morning until night, I’m probably not your girl! I much prefer a comfy bed, plenty of fuss and generally being treated like the princess I am. I can be a little demanding when I know what I want, but I’m also a very sweet girl and I’ve been settling really well in foster.

I do have a history of being a little sensitive when it comes to my tummy, but thankfully things are going really well at the moment. I’m currently doing brilliantly on a special diet, so my new family will need to be happy to continue this for me. I’m not allowed any treats at the moment, but don’t worry, I have my very own special biscuits and I think they’re absolutely delicious! I’m also currently on medication for itchy skin. The girls here are more than happy to chat through this with any potential family over the phone, so they can explain everything and answer any questions you might have. 🥰

Another thing I’m working hard on is my housetraining. I’m doing really well with this in my foster home, so I’m hoping my new family will be patient and consistent with me while I continue learning. I’m definitely showing them that I can be a very good girl!

I’m looking for a home with a garden and would be happiest somewhere fairly quiet. I’ve grown up in a rural area, so busy or built-up surroundings can be a little overwhelming for me. I can also find lots of visitors quite worrying, so I’d like a calm home where people coming to visit can be introduced to me slowly and sensibly.

I can live with children aged 11 and over, but I’m looking for a family who have had dogs before and understand that I like things to be on my terms sometimes! I would prefer to be the only pet in the home, although I could potentially live with small animals provided they are safely kept in their own secure enclosure.

So, if you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly, slightly demanding little princess who loves nothing more than being cosy, having a fuss and getting plenty of beauty sleep, I might just be the girl for you! 👑💕
