We are looking for individuals who will act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Centre and/or Deputy Manager in order to deal with any questions, queries, ideas and problems that may arise from volunteers and volunteering teams. You will be expected to build a successful and respectful working relationship with staff and volunteers, in order to ensure an excellent volunteer experience and the best outcome for the organisation.

How much time do I need to commit?

Any time you can commit is invaluable to us. Ideally, we would like this role to be shared between three people who can each commit to two hours, a couple of times each week.

You will also be required to attend the volunteers meeting which takes place every quarter.
