Rachel Robins Digital Fundraiser What do my team appreciate about me? I am honest and direct in my approach to my work, with a clear sense of my own strengths and weaknesses. I am friendly and approachable and find it easy to talk to people and engage in conversation. I am strong and resilient and do not shy away from a challenge. What’s important to me about my role at Jerry Green Dog Rescue? I am always learning in my role at Jerry Green's. There are always new ways to approach my work as a fundraiser and I value the opportunity for growth and development within my role. I love my job at Jerry Green's and find great fulfilment in working for a charity that is so close to my heart. Having rescued two dogs myself, and seeing first-hand the difference we can make to their lives (and the difference they make to ours!) I am all the more passionate about our cause and about being the best fundraiser I can be. What are my goals for the charity? To ensure the charity is loved within the community - to raise the profile and reputation of the charity and in doing so, increase the amount of supporters and donors that we see. To raise money for the organisation to ensure we are able to care for and rehome as many dogs as possible, without financial concern. To maintain the spirit in which Jerry Green opened the dog rescue and to carry the organisational values and principles with us in everything we do.
