Patch Patch, a cross breed (with a very fitting name!) came into the care of our East Yorkshire centre back in 2017 with two other dogs following their owner’s ill health. Once settled in our care we realised they weren’t a bonded bunch and would have better luck finding their forever homes if they were rehomed separately. While Patch was with us, he was worried in the kennel environment but was well supported by our team and loved spending time playing with the other dogs at the centre. He was only with us for 16 days before he found his perfect home. Since going home, Patch has been loving his life with his new family and is spoilt rotten. He enjoys snuggling in bed and showing his amazing new owners his cheeky side! His new owner says: “Patch is such a loving dog – he is always looking after me and making sure I am okay. He has settled so nicely into our home; I wouldn’t be without him.”We want to be there for all the dogs like Patch that need our help for many more years to come. If you could help us to do this, we, and all of our Jerry Green dogs, would be so grateful. You can simply TEXT JERRY to 70201 to donate £1 towards our vital work, or perhaps consider sponsoring a kennel at your local centre for just £1 per week. Thank you.
