Deputy Centre Manager Position: Deputy Centre Manager Working full time 40 hours per week, to provide 7 day a week Management Cover alongside the Centre Manager, including weekends on a rota basis On-site live-in accommodation Location: Nottingham Centre, Blidworth NG21 0PG We are looking to recruit and welcome a Deputy Centre Manager to join our team at our Nottingham Centre. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the welfare and rehoming of the dogs in our care and supporting the team to deliver excellent dog welfare and delivering great customer service via our Meet& Match® approach to rehoming. The role embraces the training, development and management of the Dog Welfare Assistants within the centre and further support and training of our volunteers too. Working closely with the Centre Trainer to support those dogs in our care who require additional support. The role is varied and no one day is the same, an ability to prioritise is essential, with a calm and methodical approach. The successful candidate will have the qualifications and experience required for this role, and have the drive and determination to be successful, contributing to the success of the Centre and the Charity.
