You may have heard the sad news that our North Yorkshire centre is going to be temporarily closing its doors to help consolidate our resources through the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
We are facing a drop of 55% in our projected income for 2020. We want to reassure each of you that the dogs who were staying with us there are going to be transferred to our other centres. Our specialist teams are working to do this with minimal disruption and plenty of tasty treats.

Our North Yorkshire centre was opened in 1974 by Alf Wight, author of the famous James Herriot books.

Last year the centre rehomed 73 dogs.
