North Lincolnshire Centre Groomer

What do my team appreciate about me?

I am a professional dog groomer qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds, with a Diploma for Professional Dog Stylists. I have one exam to complete so hopefully should attain this Diploma qualification in February 2018. Working in a busy dog grooming salon has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience, skill and knowledge dealing with the majority of dog breeds and types. I am a confident and calm dog handler, enabling me to groom to a high standard, dogs of all different temperaments. My team at North Lincs appreciate that I am reliable, personable and conscientious. I would hope that my love and passion for my job shows in my happy, friendly demeanour.

What’s important to me about my role at Jerry Green Dog Rescue?

The most important thing to me in my role as dog groomer at Jerry Green’s is always the welfare and happiness of the dogs. This is closely followed by always striving to provide the best overall customer experience possible. It is important to me to be part of an efficient dog grooming department, to maximise the potential to generate charitable profit for Jerry Green’s. By providing a high standard of customer service, this will allow me to build a large client base for the grooming room, which in turn increases revenue.

What are my goals for the charity?

My goals for the charity are to build a successful, busy grooming department with a large client base, thus ensuring the maximum profit for Jerry Greens. This can be achieved by maintaining exceptional grooming and welfare standards, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and, in turn, loyalty. My hope is that one day the dog grooming department becomes the one by which others are judged and becomes the first choice for all local dog owners. Dog grooming is an essential part of dog welfare so I would like for Jerry Green’s not only be known for its excellent rehoming work, but also for its grooming departments. Alongside this, I would like to be a valuable and valued member of the team, helping with all aspects of the charity’s work, so that they can continue giving dogs the lives they deserve.
