Believing in open, honest and two way communication makes me approachable and I take genuine pride in the success of the people I support. What’s important to me about my role at Jerry Green Dog Rescue? Dogs are my passion and at Jerry Green’s, dog are truly at the heart of everything we do. The time, care and processes we deliver to support the dogs in our care is of the highest standard and I have a true sense of pride to work for such an amazing charity. In my role, it is important that I plan for the future of the Centre and the support it can provide to our community, so that we can continue our work for the next 50 years. What are my goals for the charity? To deliver the Expenditure and Income Business Plan for the Nottinghamshire Centre in 2018 To represent Jerry Green Dog Rescue at networking events involving local businesses and secure support for the work that we do To drive the implementation of Centre Planning & Team Planning for 2018 and deliver balanced, fair appraisals for all Nottinghamshire Centre Staff.
