What we can do to help

Simply let us know you need help getting an item to us and we will endeavour to get our friendly collection team with you as soon as possible.  We can collect up to 10 items which will be sold in our shop to raise vital funds for our rescue dogs!

On the form below, please specify what you would like us to collect and a member of our team will be in touch soon. If you have a garage full of second hand furniture or are simply wanting to declutter your house of some items of furniture why not give us a call.

Booking a collection

Simply register here giving your name, address and brief details of your donation or call us on 01652 657820 and ask for our retail team. Please note, the distance we will be able to travel will depend on the size of the donation and distance. If you would like something collected within 30 mins from our shop, we will be able to accommodate this.

We'll Confirm & Arrange Pick-Up

Once we have opened our doors in June 2021 you can expect a member of the collections team to be in touch to arrange a suitable time and date for the collection, or initial visit if required within 72 hours of your expression!

Gift Aid

Gift Aid makes your donation go 25% further for our dogs! Please let us know if you, or the donor or the family member arranging the donation is a taxpayer. If so, when the item sells in one of our shops we can claim from HMRC an extra 25% of the sale value. 25% more towards our services!

What we can take

It goes without saying that we need to be able to re-sell your donated items, so please only request collection of items that you think are saleable, otherwise our charity will be left footing the expensive refuse costs. We cannot recycle items as freely as you can as a member of public.

If a piece of furniture is a little bit battered and worn, we can sometimes give it a new lease of life by upcycling the item so please be kind and always ask yourself would I buy it?

We are a charity and therefore there are rules and guidance we must adhere to at this moment we cannot accept:

  • White goods
  • Electrical items
  • Items that have had their fire resistance labels removed
  • Are soiled or heavily stained
  • Gas appliances
  • Mobility Scooters
