New publication will help to feed our dogs

Dozens of dogs who have been found new lives by Jerry Green Dog Rescue feature in a new publication that's just been released, in perfect time to make an ideal Christmas stocking filler for any dog lover.

This is the second edition of Happy Tails, containing a host of stories about dogs with the 'bow-wow' factor; dogs whose adoption has changed not only their lives for the better, but also those of their new families.

Some of the dogs help to care for people suffering from debilitating illnesses, whilst others simply bring joy, light and laughter into the lives of people who care for them – but they're all a heartwarming read, and many have pictures of the dogs too.

The book has been made possible through the contributions of individuals and families who have adopted dogs, for whose help we are very grateful, since the book will be a huge help in feeding the dogs still in our care. Profits from the sale of one copy will feed a dog for about four days – though that's only a generalisation; some dogs clearly eat more than others! Copies of the book can be ordered by sending a cheque for £5.60 for each copy (£5 for the book and 60p to cover postage and packing) to:
