Jerry Green Dog Rescue Centre Nottinghamshire is located close to Sherwood Forest on the B2060 between Blidworth and Rainworth but is also easily reached from Mansfield. Centre Manager Lana Michaels and her dedicated staff are determined to help rehome dogs to loving homes throughout the area.
The centre launched our new rehoming system in December 2008 so we carefully select dogs to meet the needs of adopters and vice versa. Access to our kennels is restricted to our staff only, greatly reducing the stress to our dogs and making them so much more suited to settling in quickly to a new home.
Please telephone the centre to arrange an appointment to see any dog.
Lynne Vincent and her team at Jerry Green Dog Rescue Centre at Boston are committed to caring for and rehoming dogs in the South Lincolnshire area. The Rescue Centre is located within easy reach of all the major towns of the area at the junction of the A16 and A17.
Located in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, Jerry Green Dog Rescue Centre at Brixworth is run by Tracy & Phil Cook and a team of dedicated staff who have had considerable success in rehoming stray and abandoned dogs. Our kennels can house small, medium and large breed dogs, who can arrive from all areas of the country. Our homing process helps to match the right dog with the right family and we will always be at hand for after adoption advice. We will rehome in all parts of the country but new families must be prepared to visit several times before a home visit can be arranged.
We do not have viewing of our dogs in the kennel area but if suitable a dog will be brought to reception for you to see.
Our aim as a rehoming centre is to cater for the individual needs of each dog and to find them the right home and family.

Located between Goole and Hull but easily accessible from the York area via Howden, Jerry Green Dog Rescue Centre at Gilberdyke is managed by Angela Salisbury who, with her team of kennel staff, is dedicated to finding new homes for dogs large and small. Angela was featured in the monthly magazine Your Dog in November 2005. Please approach this centre via Mill Lane and not through Gilberdyke Village.
We will introduce you to the dogs in an area away from the kennels. This has been proved to be a highly successful method of rehoming our dogs - see news page

All dogs are special but some are just more special than others. Sometimes a special dog may be a little older or may not look quite as attractive as others but they still needing caring and loving homes.
More Special Dogs >>We have limited boarding facilities at most of our Rescue Centres (except at Nottinghamshire due to space constraints).
Boarding dogs are kept in designated and separate kennels that are licensed by local authorities. We do not mix dogs from different homes under any circumstances. If you wish to board two dogs at the same time, we will normally be able to keep them together. This is a popular facility and reservations are always advised. Please contact your local Jerry Green Dog Rescue Centre for details.
